Q1: What forms of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash/Company Cheque on delivery and online payment by Credit Card (Visa and Master).

Q2: When will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered within 3 working days when you receive an email confirmation of your order.

Q3: Is there any delivery fee?
No delivery fee is charged if your order amount is on or above HK$300. Otherwise, we charge you a delivery fee of HK$30.
(Delivery address must be in HK/KL/NT. Airport district is by case.)

Q4: Will you share my information with anyone else?
No. Any information you entrust us stays with us. It will never be shared with third party.

Q5: What is the purpose of the Epson Online Store?
The EPSON Online Shop is set up to provide an alternative channel for customer to purchase our products.

Q6: Is delivery service available anywhere in Hong Kong?
We deliver to Hong Kong Island, the Kowloon Peninsula area, and New Territories area, with the exception of some remote islands. In regard to remote islands, we are only able to deliver to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan without designated times. /p>

Q8: Can I go to your office and pick up the stuff myself or may be see it first and buy it there?
We do not keep any products for display. Online purchases are delivered from other logistic party to your doorstep.

Q9: How to redeem supermarket / other cash coupon after purchasing the specified products?
1. Register the warranty of the product and personal information
2. Cut out the white sticker showing S/N from the carton (projector items require 2 stickers for redemption) and bring it with the eshop sales invoice
3. Come to our office to pick up the coupon:
