Basic Installation Service – Terms & Conditions

1. Installation must take place at the same location as the original unit, with no additional cabling or wiring required.
2. The installation service will be performed by an authorized third‑party installation provider.
3. The maximum installation height must not exceed 3 meters, measured from the floor to the structural ceiling.
4. Customers will be referred to the third‑party service provider for further assessment and arrangement if the installation request falls outside the scope of standard replacement, including:

a. New ceiling mount installations;

b. Additional cabling work;

c. Installation of projector screens;

d. Any other non-standard requirements

* A site visit may be required. Any additional fees arising from non‑standard services will be quoted and collected directly by the third‑party service provider.

5. The installation service is available within the Hong Kong SAR. Standard service coverage includes: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and any locations accessible by MTR.
6. An additional charge of HK$200 per installation will apply to service locations outside the areas stated in Clause 5.
